Thank you for shopping with United Diversity. We want you to love your purchase and feel confident ordering from us. Please review our return and refund policy before placing an order.
Made-to-Order Items
Most United Diversity products are made-to-order. This means each item is created after your order is placed. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong size selection, color preference, change of mind, or accidental orders.
Please review all product details, size charts, colors, and shipping information carefully before completing your purchase.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items:
If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
To help us review your request, please include:
Your order number
A clear photo of the item
A clear photo showing the issue
A brief description of the problem
Once we review your request, we may offer a replacement, reprint, or refund depending on the issue.
Wrong Size or Color Ordered
Because each item is made especially for you, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges if the wrong size, color, or product was selected at checkout.
Please check the size chart before ordering. If you are unsure between sizes, we recommend sizing up or contacting us before placing your order.
Cancellations and Order Changes:
Orders may begin production shortly after purchase. Because of this, cancellations or changes are not guaranteed.
If you need to request a change or cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help, but once an order has entered production, it may no longer be changed or canceled.
Lost, Delayed, or Returned Packages:
Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may happen due to carrier issues, holidays, weather, production volume, or incorrect shipping information.
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. United Diversity is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.
Refunds:
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method when possible. Please allow time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
Refunds are not available for:
Buyer’s remorse
Wrong size ordered
Wrong color ordered
Change of mind
Accidental orders
Incorrect shipping address entered by the customer
Minor color differences caused by screen or display settings
Minor print placement differences that are considered normal in the production process
