Our products are made-to-order. This means each item is created after your order is placed. Because items are produced individually, slight variations in color, print placement, sizing, or appearance may occur.

 

We do our best to display product colors, descriptions, and sizing information as accurately as possible. However, colors may appear differently depending on your screen, device, or display settings.

 

3. Orders and Payment

 

By placing an order, you agree that all information provided is accurate and complete, including your name, shipping address, billing information, email address, and selected product details.

 

Payment must be completed at checkout before your order can be processed. Once your order is placed, it may begin production quickly and may not be eligible for cancellation or changes.

 

4. Made-to-Order Fulfillment

 

United Diversity uses a print-on-demand fulfillment partner to produce and ship many of our products. Once your order is placed, the item is sent into production and then shipped directly to the address provided at checkout.

 

Because each item is made especially for you, production and shipping times may vary. You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped, when available.

 

5. Shipping

 

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. United Diversity is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.

 

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to production volume, carrier delays, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside of our control.

 

6. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

 

Because our products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong size selection, preference changes, or accidental orders.

 

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at uniteddiversityapparel@gmail.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review your request.

 

If your claim is approved, we may offer a replacement, reprint, or refund depending on the issue.

 

7. Cancellations and Order Changes

 

Orders may begin production shortly after purchase. Because of this, cancellations or changes are not guaranteed.

 

If you need to request a change or cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at uniteddiversityapparel@gmail.com. We will do our best to help, but once an order has entered production, it may no longer be changed or canceled.

 

8. Sizing

 

Customers are responsible for reviewing the size chart before placing an order. Since our products are made-to-order, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect size selection unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

 

9. Pricing and Product Availability

 

We reserve the right to update product prices, descriptions, colors, sizes, designs, and availability at any time without notice.

 

We also reserve the right to discontinue products or cancel orders if an item becomes unavailable, contains a pricing error, or cannot be fulfilled.

All United Diversity designs, logos, graphics, images, product names, written content, and branding are the property of United Diversity unless otherwise stated.

Products purchased from United Diversity are for personal use only unless written permission is given. You may not resell, reproduce, or use our designs for commercial purposes without approval.

United Diversity is not responsible for delays, damages, losses, or issues caused by shipping carriers, incorrect customer information, third-party service providers, or events outside of our control.

 

To the fullest extent allowed by law, United Diversity shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use of our website or purchase of our products.
