Thank you for shopping with United Diversity. Please review our shipping policy before placing your order.
Made-to-Order Production
United Diversity products are made-to-order. This means each item is created after your order is placed.
Please allow time for production before your order ships. Most orders are produced within 2–7 business days, but production times may vary depending on the item, availability, order volume, holidays, or other circumstances.
Shipping Time
Once your order has been produced and shipped, delivery time depends on the shipping method, carrier, and destination.
Estimated shipping times may vary, but standard U.S. shipping typically takes several business days after the order leaves production. International shipping may take longer depending on the destination and customs processing.
Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email when available. Please allow time for the carrier to update tracking details after the label is created.
Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
Please double-check your name, address, apartment/unit number, city, state, ZIP code, and email address before placing your order.
United Diversity is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, returned, or delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.
Delayed Packages
Shipping delays may happen due to production volume, carrier delays, holidays, weather, customs, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside of our control.
Once an order has been shipped and transferred to the carrier, United Diversity does not control the carrier’s delivery timeline.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking says delivered but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors, household members, your mailbox, front office, mailroom, or local carrier first.
If you still cannot locate your package, contact us at uniteddiversityapparel@gmail.com with your order number so we can review the issue.
International Shipping
If international shipping is available, delivery times may vary by country. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, duties, or additional charges required by their country.
United Diversity is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Multiple Packages
Some orders may ship in separate packages depending on the items ordered and the fulfillment location. If your order arrives in multiple shipments, you may receive separate tracking information.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Orders may begin production shortly after purchase. Because our items are made-to-order, shipping addresses, sizes, colors, and order details may not be changed once the order has entered production.
